Potential-free switching
With the Web-IO 4.0 up to four relay outputs can be controlled via TCP/IP Ethernet. Three of the outputs can operate as potential-free normally open (NO). An additional output works as a potential-free changeover contact (CO). Numerous web and network services are available to control the switching outputs and to report or log changes - also directly in the browser. Using protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT and REST the Web-IO is an ideal fit in the world of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.
Switching signals:
- 4 switching outputs
- 3x potential-free contacts as normally open (NO)
- 1x potential-free contacts as changeover contact (CO)
- Switching voltage up to 48V
(110V, 230V via coupling relay ) - Switching current max. 2A at 24V, 0.5A at 48V
Connectivity:
- Intuitive web interface for easier operation
- German or English switchable
- Switching outputs directly from the web interface
- Adapted display for smartphones
- HTTP and HTTPS
- Current Industry 4.0 protocols:
- Box-to-Box
- Alarm and reporting functions:
- Email for alarm or status report
- SNMP queries/alarm traps V1 V2 V3
- Switching your own outputs in case of alarm
- Switching the outputs of another Web-IO
- HTTP requests to control third-party devices
- Up to 30 actions can be configured
- Dynamic integration into other websites:
- Direct access to current IO states via HTTP requests , AJAX and JavaScript
- Additional software interfaces for integration into your systems/databases:
- OPC UA , OPC DA
- Modbus TCP
- Syslog, SNMP V1 V2 V3
- TCP and UDP sockets, client and server
- HTTP, HTTPS, AJAX
- FTP (data logging)
- Internal clock
- Time synchronization via time server synchronization
- Battery-backed device clock
- Possible uses:
- Remote monitoring and fault reporting
- Cross-site switching
- Home automation, building automation
- Process monitoring and visualization
- Light, gate and barrier control
- Machine data acquisition (MDE)
- You can find further possible uses here.
Power supply:
- External supply
- screw terminal connection
- 12 - 48V DC
- PoE - Power over Ethernet
- Phantom power via data pairs
- Supply via unused wire pairs
