Small firewalls protect devices and machines in the network
Microwall Gigabit from the Wuppertal network specialist Wiesemann & Theis marks the start of a new selection of user-friendly security products for industry and manufacturing. The small firewall isolates potentially vulnerable or non-secure devices and machines in their own network segments. Communication with these secure islands in the network is limited to the cases necessary to ensure operation. This effectively prevents attacks on open TCP or UDP ports as well as unwanted data connections.
The Web-Thermo-Hygrometer ++ from Wuppertal Wiesemann & Theis GmbH records and monitors measured values for temperature and humidity and provides them via various network interfaces. The drift-free humidity sensor has no saturation effects and is therefore suitable for precise long-term measurements even in environments with permanently high humidity. With deviations of only 0.1K and 0.5% RH both sensors are very precise.
To create a good indoor climate in a room, the temperature and air quality in the room must be optimal. The temperature is usually controlled, but when it comes to air quality, there are often problems. Many people ventilate the air in the room either manually or through ventilation systems without controlling the air quality. The result often becomes unnecessary energy to ensure a good air quality and ventilate when this is not needed.
