With protocols such as MQTT and REST the Web-IO is an ideal fit in the world of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.
Description
Switch, monitor and count ...
With the Web-IO 4.0 Digital switching signals can be controlled, acquired and monitored over TCP/IP Ethernet. Numerous web and network services are available for reporting changes on the inputs and outputs - even directly in a browser. With protocols such as MQTT and REST the Web-IO is an ideal fit in the world of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.
Properties
Switching signals:
- 2 switching inputs:
- Digital 24V inputs
- 32-bit pulse counter
- 2 switching outputs:
- Digital 24V outputs
(12V, 48V, 110V, 230V via coupling relays) - Drive up to 500mA
- Short-circuit-protected
- Digital 24V outputs

FAQ
Send messages - when limits are violated or timer-based - for informational purposes directly to the responsible technical as an e-mail or as a reroute via SMS.
After the device has been configured for and connected to your network, the following steps are still necessary. |
![]() |
Open the profile for configuring e-mail alarm messages. | ![]() |
Enter the desired parameters. | ![]() |
When the limit you have set is exceeded, the device sends an e-mail which can also be transmitted as an SMS message using special functions available from cellular phone service providers. | ![]() |
